This extremely curious little squirrel monkey, born in June, spends most of the day riding on Mom’s back.
But when this primate is grown, it will be able to move through trees using big leaps. The squirrel monkey is among the most common of the South American monkeys, according to National Geographic.
Its caretakers at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay haven’t been able to determine just yet if the monkey is a boy or a girl, but they plan to come up with a name for the baby once they can identify its gender.
